Delivery Policy
Orders are normally despatched the within one working day if item is in stock. The orders to mainland UK are delivered from Monday to Friday within 2-5 working days from despatch. A next day delivery service is available. (Please contact us for details)
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, and in original packaging.
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@jaymart.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
• We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Return Shipping
• You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
